In 2014, the Lancaster, PA surf rock band, Trio Agave, made a DIY record that sounded pretty darn good and they stamped it with a vanity imprint, ‘Ethyl Records’—just because. People liked it. Other bands liked it to. A few months later, the band made a second record in the same room and with same Spartan means and keen ears. Now we do our best to help other bands in our community make great records.
